The urban set of Figuerola del Camp is built on top of a small hill, a fact that determines a structure of small streets, mostly steep, on top of which, to the area known as the Castle, there was a fortification that has now disappeared. Well close to this place, to Calle de Arriba, the parish church of Sant Jaume stands out, dated at the end of the 18th century and built on the old Romanesque temple of which the rose window and some window are preserved, and the house of Cal Maleter, of modernist style with decorative elements of ceramic and iron worked. Strolling through the streets, you can find cozy places like the Village Fountain, the Calle Mayor, where the Poblet monks’ house stands out, or the Portelles street with Cal Balanyà, an 18th-century manor house. In the street of the Solar, main artery of the municipality, it is possible to be contemplated the facade of the Social Headquarters of the Agricultural Cooperative of Sant Jaume; building of Noucentisme dating from 1921 that stands out for the large balcony with balusters and Cal Mercader, building declared Cultural Asset of Local Interest, which inside houses a dedicated oratory in Sant Antoni Abat.
